Is Prachett on a roll?

I have a serious problem in that I cannot move beyond the city watch books. I have read each one two to three times already (and considering I discovered Pratchett only a year back), but each time I try to read a new one I keep going back to Sam Vimes. I have read Pyramids, Monstrous Regiment, Going Postal, Hogfather and quite a few of the witches books, but I started my Pratchett with Men At Arms (just picked it off a bookshop shelf one day, never before heard of Pratchett, just liked the cover) and I am completely bowled over by the watch.

The watch are a fantastic story arc :) I'm looking forward to more from Vimes and Carrot. The way everyone thinks Nobby is a werewolf is great!

I'm reading Guards! Guards! now, which is the first City Watch and can understand people's for them silly boys. However, I haven't been disappointed by any of the characters so far.
