If this were Terry Pratchett, I would imagine that Catelyn and Benjen would lead an Undead Liberation Front and take over the far north as rulers. As it is, well, what do you do with kinda dead characters?

Benjen may be warged into the crow, now, though?

I suppose one problem with Benjen having a starring role in the outcome, is that GRRM seems to be clearing the deck for the next generation characters. But I would not surprised if he turned up to pull off something significant and then perished. Otherwise he is a loose end.

That's a very good point, with Eddard, Lysa, and Catelyn (sort of), Benjen would be the last of any blood relation to the starks to perish who wasn't a teenager. But I suppose without his body we will never know for sure!

I believe the CotF are the Children of the Forest. Seems likely, especially in this thread, but I've never seen anyone use that abbreviation either. It's bound to be it.

Oops sorry but yeah thats what it meant... alot shorter ,noI bet benjen knows the truth about jon,so he will have show back up to spill his beans.
