Who said that?

Thank you, thank you. And here it is:

Let's just say that if complete and utter chaos was lightning,
then he'd be the sort to stand on a hilltop in a
thunderstorm wearing wet copper armour and
Shouting "All gods are bastards".

Ups... wrong book. Who said this?

“Turn him over, shake him by his heels!”

Mace Tyrell (referring to Joffrey)

Good memory, BB!!! I was completely flummoxed by this one.

Smiling Weirwood is correct! Tyrion to Cersei. Although he's taunting Renly and Stannis so Boaz gets partial credit.

"Be glad this is a parley or I would cut your tongue out."

"And cast it in the same fire where you left your manhood?"

Don't have the books on hand so that is roughly what is said. Give me the two speakers, please.

Guyard Morrigen and Cortnay Penrose.

Contempt thickened Ser Cortnay's voice... "Guyard the Green? Of the Rainbow Guard?... If I had such a cloak, I would be ashamed to wear it."

Morrigen bristled. "Be glad this is a parley, Penrose, or I would have your tongue for those words."

"And cast it in the same fire where you left your manhood?"

Almost verbatim, CS. Well done.

Two speakers... just name one, 'cuz if you know one, you'll know both.

(His) knuckles had gone white, but after a moment he took his hand off the sword hilt. "Truly I have lived too long."

"I will not disagree, ser. Will you accept my terms?"

tsw, I can see how you'd think that... it actually fits very well. But I'm afraid that the quote comes across as CS said. Rodrik was responding to seeing Theon's men put a noose around his dauther's neck.

Seeing as how its been over a week and CS hasn't posted a new quote, I hope no one minds if I post a new one to get the thread going again. :)

"As to your daughter, I understand. If my wife looked like yours, I'd send my fool to service her as well."
