Release date?

A question to those who have been following ASOIAF for a while. Any idea how long after the hardcover edition is the mass market paperback edition released outside of the US? Just saw that the mmp version of AFFC was released 2 years after the hardcover version in the US (from Amazon's info). Is it the same for other countries?
