top three fave Anime

#1: Chrono Crusade (absolutely freakin awesome, totally reccomended!)
#2: Elfen Lied (also awesome!)
#3: Chobits (A bit F**cked up, but still good)

I love chrono crusade I'm working on collecting the series.
I wanna see elfen lied but i haven't had a chance yet.
and chobits is really cool

but I still stand by my top three currently.^_^

Ghost in the shell SAC 1, 2 & SSS
Neon Genesis Evangelion
Bubblegum Crisis Tokyo 2040

Yay, Michael's back! And with a comment no one can disagree with!:D

I never replied to this. It's nice to feel wanted. :D

Thanks, HareBrain!

Yeah, I have to say that Last Exile was excellent all around. Everything about it drew me in, even the opening and ending sequences. The music and the images presented at the end gave it sort of a nostalgic feel that I found appealing - and appropriate. Most of all, the characters and the story were very moving.

Ah, mine are Akira, Outlaw Star, and Iria are around the top of my favorites list, but there are some others that I wish I could squeeze in there. Like Hellsing and A Ghost in the Shell.

FMA: Brotherhood (orig one sucked after the halfway point.. so i enjoy this one more)

Genshiken (only beef is that they dint make end of Vol.8 and vol. 9 into, atleast, a miniseries..)

Beck (same as Genshiken. there was soo much in the manga that could have easily led to another series or two.. but i did like the fact it ended happily at least)

It's "CHRNO", not Chrono. I know, it sounds stupid, but that's the name of the thing.

I have watched too many of these buggers before getting absolutely SICK with them, but if I were to chose 3 that I've really enjoyed, they'd have to be:

Less known anime:
1. Argento Soma (clone or not, the character was simply awesome)
2. Ima, soko ni iru boku (this was simply thrilling and chilling)
3. Memories (3 directors, 3 visions, 3 great episodes)

Mainstream anime:
1. Neon Genesis Evangelion
2. One Piece (long battles or not, the world is simply gorgeous and amazing...I could watch this my whole life and probably still want more)
3. Black Lagoon (more than meets the eye here)

Top three favorite Anime

BUBBLEGUM CRISIS (org.)
SPEED RACER (org.)
PROJECT AKO: BATTLE BLUE & GREY

Anime series... I liked Mushishi a lot, Ghost in the Shell and The Last Airbender. Samurai Champloo was good too, though I really can't understand Japanese humor in cartoons.

1.Hajime No Ippo - my fav anime, manga of alltime
2.Full Metal Alchemist - great dark, adult shonen series.
3.Macross - the best Mecha there has been.

Runner ups: A few other favs i could list in top 3 if not for the others are : Kenshin,Samurai Champloo,Slam Dunk,Gundam Wing,Gungrave.

Gungrave - that's the name of it! I watched the first few episodes a while ago, and I meant to catch up with the rest of the series but forgot. Thanks, Conn - now I can look out for it again; it looked good from what I saw of it.

Macross. That's another one I'd forgotten . The only one I've seen is the movie (was it subtitled Do you remember love? It's been a while), but it was brilliant.

Interesting. I do believe a saw a Macross movie called "Do You Remember Love" that was very different from the series. Despite being so different, and annoying because of it, in general I liked it. If I hadn't aldready seen the series (about 5 times?), I probably would have said it's very good.
