If you want decent reviews, that actually have some meaningful content, try the Reviews section here, as there are some real dandies with some decent explanation of opinion. I never read Amazon reviews anymore.
I am also associated with a website dedicated to provided decent quality reviews (partially in response to the useless stuff on Amazon): Fantasy Literature.net: Fantasy Book Reviews for lovers of excellent fantasy fiction, which is a fantasy literature review site. Though you might disagree with the opinion stated, there is a definite quality and standard to what it posted. New reviewers are invited to join by a vote of the current reviewers, after taking a look at what the proposed candidate has already done, so standards of reviews (nothing to do with opinions) are maintained.
Fanlit is not a profit site, rather it operates similarly to this one. Quite a different focus, though.
