The princess wasn't named, and apparently wasn't a princess either as her father is named as Lord Brandon Stark. Not King.

I figured it out! Gilly's son. The Monster. On the day he was born, NW rogues killed Craster and they are Sam's brothers and Sam is Gilly's lover. Monster's father is Craster and he is his grandfather through his mother and possibly a great grandfather through his maternal grandmother.
