aSoIaF Trivia Game

There are certain hills over which two families have been arguing for along time. They also have a trouble agreeing on the name of those hills. Name the families and name the hills.
 
Blackwoods and Brackens. The Teats were named for Aegon IV's mistress' teats. One of the girls was Barba, Bracken, I believe. Can't remember the Blackwood girl's name.

Who anointed Gregor Clegane as a knight? In order to take the win, you also have to know who revealed that to us and to whom it was told in the books.
 
It was Sandor to Sansa while talking about how his face got burned. Pretty sure it was Rhaegar who knoghted Gregor. The really interesting thing is why.
 
My guess would be that Rheagar forsaw having to stage a coup against his father and thought Gregor would prove a useful ally in such circumstances...
 
To whom was Jaime betrothed when he became a member of the Kingsguatd?
 
Lysa Tully? I'm not sure if he was actually betrothed to her, but it was certainly a possibility.
