Not sure I subscribe to the idea of Jon and Arya as a couple, or Jon and Sansa for that matter. Jon is a Stark and, as seems more than likely, a Targaryen. I don't believe that he'd ever go for a semi-incestuous arrangement, to say nothing of breaking his vows to the Night's Watch (and we all know we've covered the contingencies there).

For the same reason, I don't believe that Jon and Dany could/would ever be a couple, as some have suggested.

My favorite off screen scene will almost certainly not prove to be terribly important, but I laugh every time Lady Flayse recouts Bronn's jousting match with her husband.

Knights being idiots is a recurring theme throughout the series but I just imagine Bronn quietly smiling when Balman Byrch challenges him followed by Ser Balman's shock as Bronn ignores all the rules of knightly valor and kills his horse out from under him. It never fails to make me smile.
