Jo Walton at Tor has, for the last several months, been revisiting the Hugos by writing opinion pieces on the award's nominees from every year since '53. She spends devotes most of her column to the novels and but will also comment on how she'd have voted (or did vote) on the short fiction and other categories. Interesting stuff.
