What do you think about the new Catwoman?

The "Catwoman" of this film was entirely fantastic. As the name itself is a bit silly if you ask me, for a Nolan Film, it was great that nobody in the whole production referred to her as such.
She was great, she stole almost every scene she was in, and she left a nice impression in a many a young teen's fantasy. I like how the naysayers from before were silenced by her incredible performance in the role.

If you mean the Joker, I know. I was one of the naysayers.
Then I saw the movie.
I was stunned for 20 minutes after the film ended. The whole damn room applauded at the pencil scene. That's never happened before.

Yeah, I though Anne Hathaway really pulled this off.

I wonder whether some kid watching TDKR today will be feeling the same thing twenty years from now with the early 2030s reboot that without a doubt will be greenlit.

Hmm, try a year or two. With DC keen to imitate Marvel's Avengers with Justice League, expect the new Superman to kickstart the whole thing. I heard that they're going to (hand me my how-can-we-be-different hat!) start with the group movie and then do the spin offs afterward. How the batman franchise fits into that I'm not sure, but you can bet we're going to have the bat on the screens again sooner than everyone thinks. There has also been talk of Nightwing (highlight for spoilers) with Joseph Gordon Levitt, given the end of DK Rises.

No doubt there will be another Batman, there is rumour they will have no new Batman just yet, rather have a Batman make his first appearance in JL movie.

However, definitely will be a new Batman soon. It's a money-maker.

she like the movie itself were awesome. held her own and i would say was a stand out in a film with great performances.

She was great, but I am a big fan of her anyway. I think she is a really great actress and can't get enough of her. I also loved the film in general. I thought it really put a cap on the story so that the trilogy was actually just one story (unlike many trilogies that try to revisit the first film with the last). Unlike some others, I liked how Bane was portrayed. I thought they did a good job making him a smart guy AND a tough guy. So many people forget or don't know that Bane was a near genius that figured out who Batman was. He wasn't just hired muscle like they tried to do a few films ago. Ugg!
