The only POV characters that spent time in the Riverlands are Jaime, Catelyn, Arya, Brienne and Merrett Frey. (Did I leave anyone out?)

I will go with Frey, as I think I remember him thing that on his way to pay the ransom, and he would also be the trickiest choice.
