Origins of Hodor?

Technically, UnCat began it with the murder of Petyr. And let's not forget Lord Too-Fat-To-Sit-A-Horse has dispatched quite a number of Freys to the afterlife. ;)
 
I really like the old fat guy. He has made me laugh quite a bit in his short part in the story so far.
You mean Manderly? Oh I'm a HUGE fan. In fact he's one of my favorite characters in the series. His line in ADWD is solidly in my Top Ten moments of ASOIAF:

"So young, though mayhaps this was a blessing. Had he lived, he would have grown up to be a Frey."

My initial reaction was that Manderly was killed after that Frey cut his throat but maybe his multiple chins saved him?
 
If memory serves he actually rode out with his men not long after that incident.
