Lady of Winterfell
Foxy Lady
Except that Cersei is supposed to outlive all her children...at least according to Maggy the Frog.
I may be wrong, but isn't the Dothraki** whose tongue was pulled out via his throat by Drogo, in the show, still alive and kicking in the books?Who are they talking about then? Who has died that should be still left in the books??!

** - I can't recall his name, at the moment, and can't look up his demise in AGoT because it didn't happen in the book.
But then who will eat the locusts??? Maybe they'll meetup with him IN Mereen in the pits? Ser Barristan can't do EVERYTHING for goodness sake
Strong Belwas hasn't made an appearance yet either.
Blasphemy.
No blaspheme intended--Ser Barristan CAN do anything, but he can't do everything.
I am so glad I've given the books a second and more painstaking read if for no other reason that the 1st time through I think I was so in love with Tyrion, Jon and Dany that I missed how supremely awesome Ser Barristan is. I know THAT probably bordered on blaspheme, but hopefully I have redeemed myself?
I can't think of anybody they killed in westeros that hasn't died in the books. Certainly many characters have been omited, but they can always be brought into the fold.
Several times now they've expanded a character's role
"Hey, Alfie Allen, great news! We're expanding your role from the books so you'll be in pretty much every episode of Season3." (shhh, don't tell him he'll only have ten lines all season, and most of them will be "Aaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhh!")
