You are forgetting that there is someone in the perfect place to find out everything about Varys. The facebook crowd is calling her "The Daughter of Winter", and the last time I checked she was moving up the ranks in the house of Black and White and getting the upper hand on her teacher.

As for him serving the realm? Absolute rubbish. He manipulated the realm into a war to return a Targ to the throne, and then he claims he's doing it for the children. The children were doing just fine under Robert.

On the subject of the other trickster: I think Baelish certainly has a heart. Deep and pained, and in a close orbit around Cat/Sansa. Wolves don't make good pets. They look nice, and you might not get attacked by them if you 'tame' them and keep them in your house, but they never stop being wolves.

But does Arya hate Varys? Does she even know how big a role he plays in KL? she spent most of her time in KL chasing cats and dancing with Syrio. She can certainly find out all about him, and maybe once she does she might want him dead, or she might be in awe of him. As for him truly having the realm in mind when he makes his decisions, that is debatabable to be sure, but even if his goal is to put a targ on the throne and dispose the baratheon's/lannisters well then you have to ask yourself, is the enemy of my enemy my friend or my Enemy?

Arya is the only character with a storyline that will bring her the tools to remove Varys. He didn't dispose of the Baratheon/Lannisters, he disposed of the Baratheon/Stark/Lannisters. Throw the Aryns and Tullys in there too if you want, since it was those 5 families that removed his precious mad king. Varys is a monster. A delusional monster.
