It's just that Kindle creates an @kindle.com email address for you to file share, with the same handle as the email address associated with your account. eg if my email address associated with my Amazon account were allmywires@hotmail.co.uk, they would create allmywires@kindle.com. You can then send .doc files from amw@hotmail to amw@kindle and you just need a wifi connection to download it.

You can use Ipad for a test drive? Same as holding a Kindle, if not a little heavier. Just publish as PDF and upload file to Itunes. If you don't have an Ipad either, just ignore me.

Seems like a canny deal. Does the touch have a screen keyboard AMW?

I'm so excited! Just downloaded the Kindle app to my phone, and hey-ho! Reading my WIP! Brilliant. Couldn't be bothered to search for the boyfriends kindle... I probably will eventually, but this'll do for now!
