Who in Seven Hells is Septa Lemore?

Yea I really doubt the Sparrow or any of the faceless men are Howland Reed. I'm not so sure Howland Reed is still at home, but I don't think he will be revealed as a character we have already met, unless he it was a really obscure character like a travelling monk or someone that one character or another meets briefly and leaves no lasting impression.

That is how I invision the reveal of Howland Reed.

to get us back on topic, I will reiterate that it would be satisfying to find out that Septa Lemore is someone of importance, (like Ashara) and that she knows the truth about Jon Snow and/or Aegon (Young Griff).

I always thought Septa Lemore was Ashara Dayne and fAegon was a Blackfyre descendant from the female line. However I have been thinking on how Lemore had stretchmarks from childbirth. Was she carrying Ned's child and gave birth to it. Did the child come early or was stillborn and is that why she 'committed suicide' from grief and ultimately became septa Lemore. However would Ned truly betray his vows to his wife? If not Ned who could have been the father of Ashara Dayne her child? Also what if fAegon is Ashara her child. But wouldn't she treat him more warmly ? And if she is not fAegon mother why does she care for him? What is her connection to fAegon?

I just can't figure out, questions i'm most curious about:
1) If Ashara is truly Lemore, as Lemore is in her forties and Ashara should be in her thirties.
2) If not Lemore who else could be in her forties and have purple eyes? That is highborn? How old was Danaerys her mother?
3) Whom is the child Lemore gave birth to and is the child still alive?

I am pretty sure it is not Jon as R+L=J is pretty much confirmed. Jut like for Tyrion this woman remains an enigma. I also read about Tyene Sand's mother and Wenda the white fawn. But need to read up about these 2

I'm still dubious about the Stark Ashara is said to have had a stillborn child with. Is it Ned, or Brandon. Ned makes for the more tragic tale, but it's not how i think about Ned. Maybe that's why it's Ned and not Brandon... . Still leaves the question if Ashara child was stillborn, she barely has a connection to fAegon. Is her being a handmauden of Elia Martell enough? She was also a mrtell bannerwoman so that might help as well.
