Well I just added to everyone's royalties...now I will have 10 copies for myself...I mean for friends and family :)

Well done, Ratsy. Order received and payment made.

Just so everyone knows. Books for the US will be printed in the States and posted from an address in the United States. One of my friends here is the US Tickety Boo branch. She may be along shortly to announce herself.

That's why US postage is £2.50:D

I think that's me. :D

Although I'm still having problems with these Skrill people, so the postal branch may go postal.

And I think you want a $ there in the US postage.... We don't do no steenkin' £ here. :)

Don't worry. TDZ. It will get done. My merchant account took 5 weeks :)

Oh my lord. They really shouldn't say they'll respond within 24 hours if it's going to take 5 weeks! I feel like Mouse waiting for her contract, here!

Haha! That was merchant account. Don't panic, we don't need it yet and if there is a prob, there is always a solution :)

And I've just put my order in. When I've got a moment I shall have to try accost and beat people into buying ... I mean persuade people to buy them.

(For anyone who is not sure about them, Goblin Moon is well worth a read. I read it as part of the ongoing Perp's reading Project and it blew me away)

Got both your orders so many thanks.

I agree on Goblin Moon. When I read it I suddenly realised what a marvelous talent Teresa has for wordsmithery and what a numpty I was in terms of being a writer. It is a work of art and I don't say that about many things.

If anyone had said to me I would have read her book, in the wonderful world of Thornburg, and I would have enjoyed goblins, hobgoblins, alchemy and magic, I would have said you were mad.

It's brilliant with a capital "B" :D

Re: Fantasy Steampunk Romance -- No, you're not misreading the title of this thread

Chris Penycate is copy-editing Malevolence as we speak.

In an email today he said, (I paraphrase slightly) "Getting discouraged at not finding enough errors to make my job worthwhile ."

Well done the Malevolence authors and Jeff, and me for pushing the stories through to the editor - I know talent!

Well done Chris for not wasting too much red ink. You are effectively saving the planet.

Haha! Sounds like it is coming along marvelously. I still haven't got around to pre-ordering it though :s I really need to get on with that!
