Thoughts on Boxet-set idea...

Well I do have a soft spot for Army of Darkness

(yes Master Compton...I'll get back to it..) *craws back to the dungeon*

Looks good Gary. Does the box close once the book is inside, or does it stay open at one end?

This one slides in from the right so the spine with Goblin Moon on it would be at the front in your shelves. Anything is possible but I don't want to make it so overpriced.

Anyway it's just an idea at the moment. :)

Nice concept. If the Folio Society can make a business peddling tat in pretty bindings for years, selling quality fantasy books in individual bookcases should be a doddle. :D

Oh, come on... it's not mahogany, what were you thinking?;):)

Okay clever clogs so in my WIP I had several mahogany desks, mahogany bookshelves, mahogany pub decor, mahogany-lined office and dresser.

So I want to be different with this, is that a problem?

Can you do same with limestone and moss to give "Death won't be cheated..." collectors something extra special?

The design looks good but I'd put a few more coats on that thing, just so people don't think it's an old copy. You want to make sure they know it's new.

For your information Mr Compton. I was serious in regards of stone, as if this prototype proves successful, you should make a range of models and materials for the collectors to acquire. Not only this is a cool idea, but it's refreshingly suitable for the world we live in as those with serious amounts of money to spend on collectors items will want to get something that can considered as a novelty item. Maybe you could even propose this thing to house styling magazines, and get Tickety Boo Press some much needed publicity.

If you wanted to try tentacles/gears/stone then perhaps those resins used to make miniatures and dioramas would be good material to use.
Just a suggestion:)
