In Brazil, any corner "bakery" (called bakery but doubles as deli, convenience and snack shop) will whip you up a misto quente: a small baguette roll with fresh sliced cheese and ham, warmed over a hot grill plate to melted deliciousness. No fruit or pickalilli needed. A média (half black coffee, half milk) to accompany, optional.
