Review: Storyteller Tools by M Harold Page

I have my own personal system in place and was surprised to see how similar some of Page's suggestions were. That helped to give my own plan a tiny bit more validity. I'm glad I took a look at this.
 
It was really fun using the diagrams and I finally got my head round them and how to use them. We plotted a murder mystery in class. I wanted to add aliens but we made it about fraud instead. Boo.

And breaking news -- Ken Macleod (yes! the actual real one) just tweeted that he found the book and diagrams really helpful.
 
I'm definitely going to get this for when I start my book3. (But I'm not going to get it before I finish book2 in case I find out I've done rubbish.)

It's tools for writing, not literary theory of formula. Like if you were an artillery officer and I gave you field glasses and GPS. Still up to you what you hit.
