Spastics? In 1980 we were in London, and delayed 4 hrs. at the airport. Wandering off into the countryside we came to a village/town, and there was an ancient 'Spastics' store, like a thrift store. I was out of film, but I still remember wanting to go in and scout records, but they were closed.
