The World Dick Made

It's in Croatian. The translations are alright, but there aren't many (since Croatian is a rapidly changing language due to political circumstances). I really like the old Yugoslav translations, they were done by the same couple of people who were also fans of his work. The country fell apart and the language "disappeared", so nobody bothered to translate again. It's a shame, but I guess publishing anything other than new age shannanigang isn't very profitable in my country :)
Thank you.

Very early on I became a book hoarder. My wife's life would be so much easier if I hadn't.

We share the same affliction for hoarding and passion for PKD. Something drove me to acquire the last half dozen of my PKD's as Vintage editions, whose spines look like those shown below in a collection that belongs to someone else:

That’s the edition I have for most of my PKD books, and if I see a good one I don’t have in a used book store I always get it. I only have about 8 or 9 though I think. Interestingly, Do Androids Dream... was not published in this edition, which was a shame.

I've never considered myself a hoarder but looking back... I collect anything and everything PKD that I can get my hands on! I've got probably 7 or 8 versions of every PKD ebook and at least 1 copy of all of his books and short stories! I think I might have a problem! :giggle:

Sometime in the early 1980’s I bought on eBay a hardcover copy of Now Wait for Last Year. It is in nice condition and signed by Dick. The signature didn’t seem to be genuine though, and others agreed so I picked it up cheaply. I recently pulled it out of a box and decided to send a picture to a noted PKD bookseller in SF to get his opinion. I was very surprised when he told me it was real, and offered to purchase it. My question is have you ever seen or heard of another signed copy of this title?
