Theory on Mance and the horn of winter

Book 6 news is it's not on the publishers list for 2015, don't know if that is significant or not!
 
SPOILER ALERT When you say that Benjen has come back from dead I'm assuming you mean Cold Hands. But this isn't confirmed, it's just a theory.

Is this what was confirmed on TV? I'd had a couple of tins when I watched the last two back to back so I don't remember too clearly. I seem to remember they left Cold Hands out...
