Endeavour and Tantor Media...

The audio side is out of my control re pricing etc. In fact other than sending the word doc, it's been totally hands off in all ways.

Touch wood it seems to be going ok. I don't have access to real time sales data, however 75 ratings in a month, assuming everyone rates (which I'd suggest not) and when I google it popping up in a variety of stores show its doing well.

Tantor is one of the biggest audio book producers out there and have their own studios etc.

As to delivery, I like it, a lot. I'm halfway though listening to it for the first time myself. I have a set of examples they sent and the quality of them is excellent.

That is a lot of reviews Ralph, so congrats. I wonder if people buying audio books traditionally rate, or review more often than those buying e-books or physical books.

I don't know. With kindle, one rates and can review the book once its been finished, thus making it fairly easy and accessible. Even so, I reckon I get around 1 review per 50 or so sales at the moment. This does seem to change. When first published it was more like 1 in 10. At other times I've gone for more than a 100 sales without one.

With audio books its different. For example, I'm listening to it in my car. It's not as if I'll get an option to rate it after its finished. I would suspect that would mean a lot of people don't bother. The flip side is they're a lot more of an investment.

It'll be interesting when I get the first royalty report and some analysis can go into it.
