I have read the entire series -- original numbered version and reboot -- in numerical order (skipping only the duplicates). Marvellous experience!
Amazon UK was listing Ash by Mary Gentle and The Chronicles of Master Li and Number Ten Ox as parts of the series as well, but they have been removed (they were aupposed to appear after the Finney book). I hope they get reinstated!
