Right now I have Mika, Hozier, Nate Reuss, Kaizer Chiefs, Eythor Ingi, Will Young and Oh Honey on my playlist -- I tend to just listen to whatever takes my fancy. Last month it was Paul McCartney, Nina Simone, Annie Lennox, Helen Shapiro, Joan Armatrading, The Waterboys, Catatonia, Olly Murs, Boyzone and The Wurzels. Michael Ball's most recent album is probably my fall back. And I had a Madonna kick recently.

I actually find watching the music videos fab for ideas. The Oh Honey, "Sugar, You" has a fab fantasy story attached.
