Firstly my apologies, I said I wouldn't watch it ever again, but just watched it on catch up.
It was better, and possibly good enough for me to watch again. Shock, Horror of horrors! He messed around with canon - hasn't Davros died more times than both the Doctor and the Master together? - but often you need to break eggs to make a good story/cake. This was based on a good premise - the one spoken by Tom Baker in the clip from Genesis of the Daleks - what if the Doctor could go back and kill Davros as a child before he invented Daleks. I also like the idea of cliffhangers. I miss the cliffhangers from the old Who. I just wonder why that was the cliffhanger and not the extermination of Missy and Clara. They were actually exterminated, right? Just, that I can't see how they might not have been. And I do hope so, because the sooner Clara leaves the show the better. It was in the newspapers last year that she was leaving and then she changed her mind (sensible decision as she is unlikely to ever get as good a job.)And that was because I thought it was superior to most of the stuff that we saw last year.
