February 100 Word Anonymous Challenge - Discussion Thread

I'm really happy to have won this guy. I've been thinking of doing an Urban Fantasy novel, so I'll take this as a sign that I'm supposed to...o_O

Many well-earned congratulations to ratsy on a hard-fought battle. I had to be away from the computer for a week, so could not vote.

Just for the sake of completeness:

"Interview Under Caution" -- A dazzling display of comic surrealism.

"Give up the Day Job" -- A darkly ironic tale of two kinds of monsters.

"Decisions" -- A sly tale of otherworldly beings and a very human character.

Congratulations Ratsy

Sorry folks I missed the challenge (by one day - drat) and the voting (I didn't see any cut off time).

But, well done to everyone for your wonderful stories.

And a big thank you to Robert Mackay for taking charge of the challenge.
And a big thank you to Victoria for doing all the reviews. I always enjoy reading them.

Out of interest, is there an equivalent to the improving threads in the challenges section for the 100-worder?

We don't have one that I'm aware of, but you could start one! Workshop's good for these sorts of things.
