Is it easy for you to create/visualize fictional weapons, gadgets, and cities?

I'm fantastic at envisioning new technologies, evolved societies, etc., in a very rational, comprehensive and grounded way. I know that sounds arrogant, but I genuinely believe that capability to be my biggest strength.

What I'm not so good at is weaving together a tight, dramatic, engaging story. I struggle with it so much compared to others on this site.

If I had to choose, I'd pick the latter.
