How many times have you quit?

I've started several novels over the last 30 years, but only finished one so far, for various reasons.

However, time writing is never time wasted - at worst, you're learning what doesn't work. At best, you're writing something you can return to successfully at a later date. This does happen.

I feel like Edison with the whole, "I didn't fail 1,000 times. I found 1,000 ways that my story did not work."
To add insult to injury, I have no Internet at home this week, and have to get online at work under covert operations.
And, my monitor is going out on my computer. it 'jumps' every 5 seconds, which makes it difficult to type.
*sigh* The demons of anti-writing are consuming my life.
