Sounds like it could be a nonfiction book about the history of terrorism though?

I like @Droflet 's suggestion of Haunts for its simplicity and double meaning of ghost activity/places. Probably been used before though.

No, no overarch. All stories are hauntings is the only connection. Yeah, a catchy title. There's been some awesome suggestions here, don't you think?

I was thinking something like Haunting Times and a cover like a newspaper with the stories on the front in little blurbs like a newspaper. Something like that would be cool.
 
Some good suggestions. Given your stated list of locations and times, I agree with the idea of referencing the huge range of eras your stories are set. I like the idea that the story collection implies the hauntings are timeless, or happening at all times, no matter what we do technology wise or whatever.

Of course, I have always liked a little subtlety as well. And time is the fourth dimension. So how about:

Haunts in the fourth dimension
or
Haunting The Fourth Dimension
or
4DH
