Drof, join the group 'librarians' then post a request that someone looks at the problem (give em lots of detail of exactly whats wrong and what you want done) and a librarian will sort it out for you. May take a few days but they are a helpful bunch.

Just seen your query and I was going to point you to the help - Series: creating new ones & adding to existing ones but it might be a tad confusing. I haven't added any books myself yet as I'm still building up to self publishing. As Stephen said, the librarians will usually sort out any problems.
