I quite liked Missy's outfit, though I thought the Umbrella leant her too far into the Mary Poppins direction.

I should have clarified. Missy's outfit was fine for Missy though overused (Vastra). I would have hated it on the new Doctor.

Otherwise I think Jodie's outfit needs a bit more... dashing in it, if that makes sense. Like a really dashing hat or something to offset the colorful accents.
