No idea. The caption came with the photograph.Is there any evidence that this is 1969? The haircuts, dresses, and tech suggest to me a date more like 1955-60 or so. And I think by 69, at least in the States, most of the telephone calls were more automated than this.
The Corvair Car was produced from 1960 to 1969. This model had serious safety issues . Ralph Nader"s book Unsafe At Any Speed lead to demise of this car model.

Probably cheaper to buy a second TV.No I was reading up on it because I had to ask the question; "WHY?" and it had three tuners allowing you to pick which was on the main screen. Apparently it was so you could record and monitor one channel whilst watching another one!
