Most of the Sharpe books do this. Mostly the narrative is from Sharpe's perspective but then you always get some of the supporting cast and the antagonists (many of which are actual historical figures) having a chapter or two each. One of my favourite scenes from the whole series is from Sharpe's Havoc where Captain Hogan witnesses an interaction between Sharpe and General Wellesley
