What next for the Alien?

I think the new movie will look like a spinoff, and probably about young thieves encountering the creature.

Meanwhile, the new TV show will look like Fargo in the space age, with more focus on technology, AI, and corporate intrigue, and set before the first movie. They also don't plan to follow the production design of the prequels.
 
i had heard, a long time ago, that there was going to be a 93 minute movie of Sigourny Weaver changing back and forth between various space suits. or maybe it was just wishful thinking on my part.
 
Instead of what happened after Alien, imagine if the alien series was comparable to the Clint Eastwood 'man with no name' films. Every one a different depiction of an alien doing something interesting. It won't necessarily be the same alien, but it might be.
