Graphics Card fan regulator

I'll see if I can find any info about that. Anyway, access to the motherboard and any switches are blocked by the GPU and the extra fans.
 
I installed Linux next to Windows on this system, to make it a dual-boot. Since I have run Linux, the problem has somehow solved itself. I can finally play some games without annoyance about the fans' accompanying concerto.
