Oh yeah - one thing that really shocked me in China was that the Chinese love Spam! Shops have tonnes of it and they love to use it in stir fries,

The other was patisseries serve pizzas with fruit (including stinky Durian) on and hot dogs in pastry with sugar over the top! I got used to the latter eventually and quite miss it now.

The food of champions if ever there was! Wow, sounds bonkers enough to taste nice (and probably as healthy as a lard sandwich). Appreciate the info, will prob go with the tomato/egg/scallion dish. Great stuff, fair play and thanks
