I'm guessing the guessing game has run out of steam

It has. Certainly compared to the more lively guessing going on in the early years of the 100 Anon. I suppose it is a not very engaging game if you are not very good at recognizing the author in their writings, like me. Perhaps it is because the guessing now takes place after the voting is over and done and everyone has moved on to... whatever it is people do when they are not writing stories or casting votes.

I am a year or so away from guessing the writers though already starting to recognise some stylistic and content characteristics.
Would also like to say thank you to @Elckerlyc for running this challenge and also for creating the roll of honour threads. I think one of the most endearing aspects of this community space, other than the interesting folk that make up this community, is the sense of longevity. Conversation is more meaningful than we have come to experience on the social media landscape.
