To Stream or Not To Stream?

"2023 was the year your streaming bill got (a lot) more expensive"
Here's an article that explains the rate increases for the various streaming services. Prices are increasing 1,2,3, dollars or more. Some services are being bundled together to lower the cost. Subscribers are quitting as the prices rise. The article says that streaming is getting just as expensive as cable and the price increases are probably not over yet as several of the services are still losing money. Only netflix seems to be making a profit or at least making money.
 
I ditched all streaming services this year. I have used charity shops for dvds. I recently picked up the complete Babylon 5/Crusade set for less than a fiver. I will sign up to Apple+ to watch Slow Horses but only for a month. In all honesty I haven’t missed Netfix in the least.
