I read the first one as anatomy focused with overtures of personality (innocence and youth) and read the second as someone expressing who they are/how they want to be perceived.
Huh, interesting. I didn't get innocence and youth at all from that. I pictured someone who'd be noticed as they came in, because their eyes and smile are noticeable, they are not just quietly and greyly coming in and not wanting to be noticed. Maybe a hint of energetic and eager, which could be parsed as youth I supposed, but I know some bouncy retired people.
