Pura Candidate

The mating abilities are off which is why I find it hard to imagine it would be him.

I am almost convinced that it is NOT Alain. Why? Alain is not meant to be a slave, used merely for sex which is why I lean toward Wickman. What comes around goes around.

As far as Adica goes I believe she is dead. :(
Should have made this post a poll. :)

I firmly believe that Alain and Sorgatini are meant to be together. The parallels between Sorgantini and Adicca are startling. Anyway I am about to find out as I am 40 pages into Crown of Stars.

Is it me? :)

I left my book and cigarettes at work yesteday and consequently had bizzare dreams. I dreamt the whole book or at least what I assume will be the whole. I expect not to be surprised now.

Are you a stud? A stallion? In need of being a sex slave? Then it's you. ;)

You should tells what you dreamed Lace, to see how far off you are. hehe

I saw seven people sleeping....

It was a nightmare. I tried to download the book but could not get it anywhere, and I usually get what I want.

Lace you want me to tell you the end and put you out of your misery? :p

Don't do it! He needs to finish on his own, so his thoughts will be pure. Then we can all argue (erm, discuss). I've been waiting patiently for way too long now. Read, damn you all!

What you laughing at? :(

I guess it depends on what it means to be a pura. Is it a good thing or a bad thing? If it is the latter then Wickman or Hugh would be the prime candidates. However, if it is the former then Ivar or Alain would be good candidates. For me it has to be either Alain or Hugh. Though I often wonder what Ivar's role in the story is.

Ivar's role? No clue.

Pura... *giggles* You have made some good guesses both at different ends of the spectrum. As you said it's how a pura is viewed. I think in the very end of the book when it's mentioned, the part with Blessing all grown up, is where we find the true meaning of what is to be a pura. Is that cryptic enough.

I know how Ivar felt when his love was not reciprocated and was spurned. Ivar is the greatest mystery to me. His role is lacking though suggestive of greater import. He is the witness to the birth of the 'heresy' but otherwise I always felt he had some greater purpose. Kate seems to have spent time constructing his character, which is bizarre since she spent so little time with Liath.
