Raven
Corn!
Edd:
Indeed not. Many Kings are made that way.
I do suspect, however, that Jon won't break his vows, not because he cannot, but because he will not.
Not really. Stannis' offer was not just to make him a Lord, but remove the taint of bastardy. Had Jon accepted, he would have been made a true Stark, at least as far as Stannis' forces were concerned.
Jon refuses for two reasons: one, that Stannis requires him to renounce the Old Gods, and two, that he realises that you are who you are, and there's no point in wanting to be someone else. Really, though, both are the same reason: he decides to be true to himself.
If, in the end, he can be King while still doing that, I could see him accepting the crown. But I think being in the NW is now such a large part of who Jon is, and that he has accepted it to such a large degree, that he will remain there by choice.
GRRM has confirmed that these three are Rhaegar, Elia and Aegon, btw.
fair enough, but I'm sure they could dissolve them if they really wanted to. After all, the man who is king can change or break laws - is so very far to go from that to changing and breaking laws to make a king?

That's because he knows/believes he's a *******. He refused mostly because he knows he's not a true stark, that he has no RIGHT to Winterfell. If he were to find out he was the trueborn son of Rhaegar + Lyana, who knows?

Which brings me to the viewing of danny’s in the house of the undying, when she she's Rahegar, A woman, and a baby he names Aegon. He says this baby is the "prince that was promised".
