Do androids dream of electric sheep?

I read this pretty recently. It was a good book, but one of the weakest of PKD's. Still, I liked the very dystopian setting of it and its full of social and philosophical issues that it touches upon. If anything, this is one of the most straightforward PKD books and a bit too obvious in the point it's trying to make, but still one of the better SF books out there.

I admit I only read it after having seen Blade Runner, the best post-apocalyptic movie I've seen (not that I've seen all that many). However, the book blew the movie right out of the water. Strangely enough, I found the book uplifting rather than depressing.
