Brief Reviews

Well, comparisons to Tad Williams are certainly promising. Thanks guys, even though you broke the lenge guide;):p
Who's got the next request then?

Well Cal, I hear about Iain M. Banks but don't know much about him. I gather he's more SF than Fantasy and I seem to recall you read The Algebraist recently?? Can you do a review on that book or another you've read please...:D

Don't know if anyone will be able to help, but I saw this intriguing looking sci-fi/alternative history book called 'The New World Order' by Ben Jeapes. If anyone has read, would very much appreciate a Brief Review!

Golum, there are a couple of very good Iain Banks topics that cover his works in detail - run a search. He's totally SF - no fantasy at all - and pretty cool. Enjoyable space opera, butwith a lot of cool, fresh concepts underlying it. He also writes non SF books that are often very disturbing.
