Horcruxes. The remaining.

it'd be good for a t least a month spoiler tags should be used on all HP threads ad posts. it's only fairness. give peopel a chance to get a copy and read through the whole thing.

hmm what are the horcruxes again? I'm not rereading book 6 becasue it'll be too fresh in my mind for the movie. don't ask me why I'm being an idiot and not rereading book 6 but i'm not.:p

I've just re-read it (Saturday through Monday, I was busy with other stuff), so I'd be up to date for Saturday...

I'm rereading 5 to get to six and I realised something last night but now I forget what it was. How annoying is that!!

I didn't like how Harry was the seventh, unintentional Horcrux. I just didn't like it. For the others I was right though.

lol! I hate to gloat, Majimaune, but... I can't help it!

Told you so, Told you so, Told you, Told you, Told you so!

What can I say... *whistles a happy tune*

I'm surprised you haven't gloated on TTF much yet.

No. They aren't as keen there with Harry Potter as they are here. I was even surprised to see a section for Harry Potter in that forum.

But you can gloat too. Nagini turned out to be a Horcrux after all. :D

I guess we can all gloat! :)

I never read that so I wouldn't know the similarities.

And yes there is another thing I can gloat about. Saying that it was something of Ravenclaws and not Griffendores as one of the horcruxes.

Yep, I reckon it's HP too - specifically the scar.
Voldemort has to kill to create a Horcrux and in that case it was Potter's parents. It would explain how Rowling ends the series - Potter sacrificing himself to ensure Voldemort dies.

Yeah it's me who the hell are you?

You've all got some good points and Harry is NOT A HORCRUX!!!!

That is my final word on that subject and will only discuss what who the horcruxes actually ARE.

Thank you for bringing up the subject of horcruxes again
orionsixwings. That was good cause I was getting side-tracked.

Well, I'm so proud of myself I'm going to gloat big time. :D:D
That's me gloating.:D
And again.:D Bwuhuahaha!

Ok, so I was off slightly - it wasn't exactly the scar, but I originally believed it to be Harry, and the only reason I retreated to the scar were the posts that suggested it couldn't be a living being.

Oh wow. That felt good.:)
Gloating over.

What an awesome book!

Ahh but everyone was saying he was the sixth horcrux when he wasn't so I win there I think.

I was right too! Na Na, Na Na Na!

And I also thought it was the scar itself, so not completely correct.

But since he was a Horcrux he should have died, I don't see how him wanting and expecting to die makes any difference. PadfootandProngs was the closest:
That theory has appeared here and there, but let us not forget, to make a Horcrux you need a death, and Harry's death probally was supposed to be a Horcrux, and Lord Vlodemort did not know he would mark Harry as his equal, therefore the theory that Harry's scar is, in fact, a Horcrux is almost impossible.

So wate, let us think, is there in fact only 5 more Horcuxes out there because Harry's murder was reserved for a Horcrux, but that did not turn out according to plan, henceforth, Voldemort never achieved at making 6 Horcruxes.....??

and dont forget Voldemort used significant deaths to create horcruxes, so he was waiting for Harry's to make a Horcrux, because of the prophecy and all, therefore he wasnt anticipating the backfire of his spell, making Harry as his equal because he didnt hear the last half of the prophecy, so he wouldve made Lily's death a Horcrux because he thought he was gfoing to get Harry...

I merged the Horcrux threads.

You should never have written in big letters "Harry is not a Horcrux". That was just asking for trouble! You were spot on about the other Horcruxes (or is it Horcruxi) though. :)

Yeah but I still think he shouldn't be called a horcrux because aren't horcruxes /horcruxi intentional?
