They havent done anything with personnel though the 'bean counters' are out in force. Ironically, my situation is a problem with growth at my station and not the reverse.

Ugliest person.....The showtime executives who took so long to decide on a season six. I mean, come on, is this a no brainer or what.
Exec 1:"So, what do you think, should we renew our most popular series for another year or what."
Exec 2:"Gee, I dont know, I really like that new show, one they pitched to us last week...you know the one, the one about the Pro Cheerleaders Squad...I really like the name of the show."
Exec 1:"The Pom Pom girls". Yes, besides you know my thing about women in short skirts waving batons."
Exec 2:"Yep, by the way, I hear the woman is dropping the charges?'
Exec 1:"Yes, thats a well spent 100,000 dollars for sure. Of course I will have to cut back on budget for next season. Mhhh, we could save alot a money if we didn't purchase a new season of Stargate."
Exec 2:"Decisions, decisions....but hey that's why we get paided hundreds of thousands of dollars a year."
Exec 1:"speaking of decisions....what do you want for lunch?"
Exec 2:"Gosh....I dont know....let me think....."
