officially i don't think they've ever been presumed dead, just mia.

and there's out of mind/into the fire where they were missing for at least 3 weeks...and once in season 4 but i don't think we're counting season 4...are we?

individually there's daniel in fire & water, jack, sam & danny mia as mentioned above, jack was mia for 3 mos on edora, and then their fate was unknown in nemesis for a bit

i was thinking of situations like Teal'C in Demons (presumed dead by J,S and D) and The Nox (where they actually did die)

ooh. well in fire and water they all thought danny was dead.
in line of duty sam came really close to dying, in message in a bottle i thought there was a point where jack didn't have a pulse there at the end, like you said, in demons they thought teal'c was swimmin with the fishes, in the nox, jack, sam and danny were dead, in crystal skull danny was missing, thought i don't think anyone thought he was dead, in nemesis no one knew the fate of jack, sam or teal'c for a while...and season 4 is off limits.
