there's that old cliche 'wild horses couldn't drag me away' and teal'c said 'undomesticated equines could not remove me'...he said the same thing, just a different way, hence the joke

I checked my vids, the address for the beta site is SUPPOSED to be the same as the the one for the alpha site, as Daniel dial's the beta sites address and ends up at the alpha site, and the point of origin for that is earth's, so I'm right. I looked over the ep There but for the Grace of God, and I didn't see the point of origin shown!

i'm confusing folks, beta gate not beta site...the gate jack & sam found in antarctica...it had a different point of origin.

Yeah, I think Skydiver meant the beta gate found in the antarctica, not the gate on the beta side, that we never get to see.
Nevertheless...I don't know the answer.

i would class myself as knowing quite a bit about stargate, but i need another question answered...i just saw entity 2day (its very good for those who havent seen it), but i couldnt decipher what frasier and jack said when sam was lyin in the hospital bed.
frasier asks jack 'did sam tell u......' then i couldnt hear the rest, i played it backed over and over again, but couldnt work out what they were talkin about.
what were they on about??

only seen that on once but i think that is the scene where janet tells jack sam has a living will and doesn't want to be kept alive by machines so she's basically got orders to pull the plug. jack says something like 'i know, gimme a minute' then i think right in the nick of time danny finds out that sam's in the malp room and the zap her back into her brain
